  7. Refunds

    For all product sales except for monthly subscriptions, we provide you with a 10-business day cooling off period from date of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order within this period, then please contact [email protected], explaining the reason for the cancellation. We will provide a full refund less 5% administration charge, and less postage charges in the case a product was sent by mail. No refunds will be given outside of the cooling off period.

  8. User’s Restrictions
    You may not use the Website in order to transmit, post, distribute, store, or destroy material, including without limitation, any type of material that:
    - violates any applicable law or regulation; infringes in any manner the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violates the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others; is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
    You are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including without limitation, the following activities:
    - accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access; attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Website; overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing"; forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

Seabin Pty Ltd may investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may obtain the support of, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are associated with such violations.
  9. Registration and User’s Account
    In order to access some portions of the Website, you first must create an account. You may never use an account of another user without the express written permission of that account holder and The Company.
    When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. The information You submit will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on Your account, and You must keep Your account username and password secure.
    You must notify Seabin immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account. You may not share your username, password, or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of Your Website registration, username, and password, whether or not authorized by You.
    You agree to immediately notify Seabin of any unauthorized use of Your account, profile, username, or password, as the case may be. You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your Website accounts, and, if You cancel Your account, all of Your account information may be deleted from the Website databases at the discretion of Seabin.
  10. Account Termination Policy

    Seabin may terminate the account of any website user who violates the terms of these terms and conditions. Seabin reserves the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to the user who is terminated or to the user whose access is blocked.

  11. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the renewal date which will terminate any future orders and automatic renewals will end.
  12. Newsletter Subscription

    Upon agreement to purchase or the successfully purchase of any product from Seabin Pty Ltd, you also agree to subscribe to our monthly newsletter and receive from the Company, via email, publications, promotions, discounts, updates, invitations to openings and events and any marketing material relating to the Company and its activities. You will be entitled, at any time, to notify the Company via email [email protected] of your desire to stop receiving such mailings.

  13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of this site following any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

  14. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions, together with Our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of this site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

  15. Renewals

    The Company will send you an automatic renewal notice 14 before the end of term, if no action is taken or no reply is received, the contract term will automatically renew for the following term and a new certificate will be sent to the purchasers details on file.

  16. Claims

    Upon agreement to purchase or to successfully purchase of any product from Seabin Pty Ltd, you also agree to strictly adhere to the “What you may not say” section in the claims guide set out in the integrity document provided. The suggested messaging section is to be used for guidance only as to what the purchaser may say.

  17. Reporting
    You may only report, promote or communicate the exact impact data numbers along with the time period and project details that are recorded on your nature certificate.
    If the purchaser receives a secondary nature certificate, then you may only report on the impact detailed on the secondary nature certificate and not the nature certificate issued at the date of purchase.
  18. Subscription Plan Secondary Nature Certificate Issuance

    Upon cancellation of a monthly subscription plan, the impact will be recalculated for the term served, and a secondary nature certificate containing the impact for the actual time period will be issued to the purchaser.
