This website and the Pollution Index™ platform is operated by Seabin Pty Ltd. We take your privacy very seriously therefore we urge you to read this policy very carefully because it contains important information about:

Seabin Pty Ltd ('we' or 'us') collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you that you provide to us.     2. Upload data to the Pollution Index™ platform;

    4. Download reports from the Pollution Index™ platform; or
    5. Register interest in an activity.
  2. Personal information you provide about third parties

    If you give us information about another person, you confirm that the other person has appointed you to act on their behalf and agreed that you will:

    1. Consent on their behalf to the processing of their personal data;
    2. Receive any data protection notices on their behalf; and
    3. Consent on their behalf to the transfer of their personal data abroad;
  3. Monitoring and recording communications

    We may log communications such as emails for the purpose of helping to track enquiry emails and make sure they are being actioned and track downloads from our website.

    2. to track downloads from the Pollution Index™ platform
    3. to help track the performance of advertising campaigns; and
    4. so that we can offer a better user journey and experience.

    We may share your information with our related companies (including Seabin Project Pty Ltd and the Seabin Foundation) for the purposes of promoting the work of those entities, seeking donations or supplying products and services.

    We may share your information with law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity.

    We will otherwise not share your personal information with any other third parties.

    The Pollution Index™ platform, and all personal information you provide to us through this website, is hosted on servers located in Australia. We will take reasonable steps to ensure any third parties to whom we transfer your personal information comply with all applicable legislation.
